Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms apply to the website, the Converspine web app and phone apps, Saarathi, and the messaging features (the “Services”) provided by Converspine Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62099KA2026PTC229517, Bengaluru, India) (“Converspine”, “we”). The business that signs up is the “Customer”. If the Customer has a signed agreement with us, that agreement prevails where it differs from these terms.

1. Accounts

The Customer is responsible for the people it invites, the roles it gives them, and everything done under its workspace. Keep sign-in details private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. Only people the Customer authorises may use its workspace.

2. Customer data

The Customer owns the data it puts into the Services and the messages exchanged with its buyers. We use that data only to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis, including consent where needed, for the personal data it collects and for the messages it sends to its buyers.

3. Connected accounts

When the Customer connects a Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp Business account, it lets us act on that account within the permissions it grants, for the features it switches on. The Customer must follow Meta’s terms and the WhatsApp Business policies, including getting buyers’ agreement before sending them messages. The Customer can disconnect an account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to send spam or unlawful content, to mislead buyers, to breach anyone’s rights, to break into or overload our systems, or to copy or resell the Services. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of what it publishes about its projects, prices and approvals.

5. AI features

Some features use AI to understand messages and draft replies. AI output can be wrong. The Customer decides how these features are used, and is responsible for what is sent on its behalf.

6. Fees

Fees, allowances and billing terms are those in the Customer’s order or plan. Unpaid fees may lead to suspension after notice.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and secure, but they are provided “as is”, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. We will give notice before removing a feature the Customer depends on.

8. Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only for the purpose of these terms.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees the Customer paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Suspension and ending

The Customer may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, or where the law requires it. When access ends, the Customer may ask for a copy of its data within thirty days, after which we delete it as set out in the Privacy Policy.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell Customers before it applies.
