List2Close Data deletion

You can stop List2Close’s access to your accounts at any time, delete your List2Close account, and ask us to delete the data we hold about you. This page explains how.

1. Disconnect List2Close from your accounts

Facebook Page

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
3. Find List2Close and choose Remove.

Instagram

1. In Instagram, open Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites.
3. Find List2Close and choose Remove.

WhatsApp Business

1. In Meta Business Suite, open Settings → Integrations → Connected apps.
2. Find List2Close and remove its access.

Once removed, List2Close can no longer read or send anything on that account.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Email admin@converspine.com with the subject List2Close data deletion request, and tell us:

• your name and your firm’s name;
• the mobile number or email you sign in to List2Close with, and which Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number it concerns;
• whether you want your whole account deleted or only part of your data.

We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We then delete the data and email you when it is done. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and tax records, and tell you what that is.

3. If you are a buyer or seller dealing with a broker

If you spoke with a broker who uses List2Close, that broker holds your data and decides what happens to it. Ask the broker to delete it. You can also email us, and we will pass your request to the broker and help them act on it.
