List2Close Terms of Service

List2Close is a product of Converspine Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62099KA2026PTC229517, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India) (“Converspine”, “we”, “us”). It is the phone app and service that property brokers and their teams use to manage their listings, buyers, site visits and deals, and to answer buyers on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram (together, “List2Close”). These terms apply to the broker or firm that signs up (the “Broker”). If the Broker has a signed agreement with us, that agreement prevails where it differs from these terms.
1. Accounts
The Broker is responsible for the people they invite, the roles they give them, and everything done under their workspace. Keep sign-in details private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. Only people the Broker authorises may use their workspace.
2. Broker data
The Broker owns the data they put into List2Close and the messages exchanged with their buyers. We use that data only to provide List2Close, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Broker is responsible for having a lawful basis, including consent where needed, for the personal data they collect and for the messages they send.
3. Listings
The Broker is responsible for the accuracy of the listings, prices and claims they publish, for having the owner’s permission to market a property, and for any registration that the law requires of them as an agent.
4. Connected accounts
When the Broker connects a Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp Business account, they let us act on that account within the permissions they grant, for the features they switch on. The Broker must follow Meta’s terms and the WhatsApp Business policies, including getting buyers’ agreement before sending them messages. The Broker can disconnect an account at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use List2Close to send spam or unlawful content, to mislead buyers, to breach anyone’s rights, to break into or overload our systems, or to copy or resell List2Close.
6. AI features
Some features use AI to understand messages and draft or send replies. AI output can be wrong. The Broker decides whether these features are switched on, and is responsible for what is sent on their behalf.
7. Plans and fees
Fees, allowances and billing terms are those of the plan the Broker chooses. Unpaid fees may lead to suspension after notice.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep List2Close available and secure, but it is provided “as is”, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. We will give notice before removing a feature the Broker depends on.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees the Broker paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Suspension and ending
The Broker may stop using List2Close at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, or where the law requires it. When access ends, the Broker may ask for a copy of their data within thirty days, after which we delete it as set out in the Privacy Policy.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell Brokers before it applies.
