List2Close Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data in List2Close. List2Close is a product of Converspine Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62099KA2026PTC229517, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India) (“Converspine”, “we”, “us”). It is the phone app and service that property brokers and their teams use to manage their listings, buyers, site visits and deals, and to answer buyers on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram (together, “List2Close”).

1. Our two roles

• For brokers and their teams who sign up, we decide how account data is used. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for that data.
• For the buyers, sellers and other people a broker deals with, we process data on the broker’s behalf and on their instructions. The broker is the Data Fiduciary and we are their Data Processor.

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, mobile number, email, the sign-in method you use (such as Google), your firm and role, and records of sign-ins.
• Broker content: what a broker puts into List2Close, such as listings, photos, prices, buyers, needs, site visits, deals and notes.
• Messages: messages, comments and replies exchanged through the WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram accounts a broker connects, with their delivery status.
• Listing pages: when someone opens a listing a broker has shared and asks about it, the question and the contact details they give.
• Device and technical data: app version, device type, notification tokens, IP address and the time of requests, used to keep List2Close secure and working.

3. Data from Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp

A broker can connect their Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or WhatsApp Business account to List2Close. They do this through Meta’s own login and choose which permissions to grant. With that permission we may receive:

• the Page, account and phone number identifiers and names;
• posts and comments on the broker’s Page or Instagram account, and the public name of the person who wrote them;
• messages people send to the broker, the broker’s replies, and their delivery status;
• basic insights about the broker’s own posts.

We use this data only to provide the features the broker has switched on: showing and answering messages and comments, publishing posts the broker approves, and recording conversations in the broker’s own workspace. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, share it with data brokers, or use it for any purpose that Meta’s Platform Terms do not allow. A broker can disconnect their accounts at any time. 4. How we use data

• to provide, maintain and support List2Close;
• to keep accounts and data secure, and to prevent misuse;
• to send service messages and notifications, such as sign-in codes, invitations, new-buyer alerts and notices about your account;
• to bill brokers and meet legal obligations.

Some features use AI models run by third-party providers to understand messages and draft or send replies the broker has switched on. Those providers receive the text the task needs. The broker stays responsible for what is sent on their behalf.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only:

• with service providers that run parts of List2Close for us, such as cloud hosting, databases, notifications, email delivery, messaging platforms (including Meta) and AI model providers, under contract and only for that purpose;
• within a broker’s own firm, according to the roles the firm’s owner sets;
• when the law requires it, or to protect people, our customers or List2Close;
• with a buyer of our business, under the same protections, if Converspine is merged or sold.

6. Where data is kept

Our service providers may store or process data in India and in other countries. Where data leaves India, we do so as Indian law allows.

7. How long we keep data

We keep data while the broker’s account is active and as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. When a broker closes their account or asks us to delete data, we delete it, except for records we must keep by law.

8. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls by role, separation of each firm’s workspace in the database, and audit records of changes. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, or to erase it. You may also withdraw consent you gave, raise a grievance, and nominate someone to act for you. If you are a buyer or seller dealing with a broker, ask that broker first; we will help them answer you. To make a request or raise a grievance, email our Grievance Officer at admin@converspine.com. We reply within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Children

List2Close is for brokers and their businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

11. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change, and show the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell brokers before it applies.
